This page covers account-related text messages that Harborline Lead Recovery may offer to account holders after a separate opt-in. That program is not active until sender registration, consent capture, and delivery testing are complete. Customer-facing missed-call messages are a separate program governed by the business's approved use case and our Terms of Service.

1. What you're opting into

By voluntarily providing your phone number and checking an unchecked opt-in control during signup, you agree to receive text messages from Harborline related to your account. The disclosure identifies Harborline and links to this page and our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. These may include:

• Account and phone number verification
• Connection and setup status
• Service notifications and alerts
• Scheduling and support-related messages

These are informational, account-related messages — not marketing.

2. Opting out

Reply STOP to opt out of that program and HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Confirmation wording and sender behavior must be verified with the registered provider before this program is activated.

3. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on network coverage and your carrier's own systems, which are outside our control.

4. How this data is used

Your opt-in information and mobile number are used only to deliver the messages described above. We do not share or sell this information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy policy for how we handle your information more broadly.

5. Supported carriers

Carrier and number eligibility vary. No carrier coverage or delivery claim is made until the exact registered sender and owner-only test have passed.
